Who we are

Budapest Student Apartments is part of Budapest Property Rentals, run by a team from Budapest and the UK. As property owners ourselves, our aim is to give you the best accommodation we can, and a service that matches or exceeds what you need.

We want renting your apartment in Budapest to be as easy and hassle-free as possible, from your first enquiry to getting your deposit back.

Our apartments

Our apartments, flats and studios are privately owned. Most are in central Pest, with a few on the Buda side of the Danube.

Many are traditional apartments in beautiful Habsburg-era and Art Deco buildings, renovated and furnished to a high standard.

How renting works

Rent from one month upwards, for a semester, a year or longer, and pay only for the time you stay. Ask us about lower rates for longer stays.

Your monthly payment covers rent, water, building costs and unlimited cable internet, plus gas and electricity up to €60 a month. There is no agency fee, and the deposit is just one month’s rent.
